You are permitted to hold only one account on the platform; creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held within them. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts registered using false information or on behalf of another person without their consent are not permitted under any circumstances.
All financial transactions on jilipg are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) through the local payment channels available in the Philippines. You may only deposit funds from a payment method that belongs to you — using payment methods owned by another person is not permitted. jilipg processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the timelines and channel options described on the Finance page, and the platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal to comply with applicable regulations. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits that may vary by payment channel and account tier; these limits are communicated clearly within your account dashboard. Any funds deposited for the purpose of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct will be blocked, and the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities. jilipg is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or public holidays in the Philippines. All transaction records are available in your account history and serve as the authoritative record of your financial activity on the platform.
All bets placed on jilipg are subject to the betting rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type as displayed within the platform at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or void option for that specific market. jilipg reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event affected by a technical error, incorrect odds display, or circumstances that would make settling the bet manifestly unfair — in such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance. Members must not use automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner; violation of this rule will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings derived from such activity. Winnings from sports betting and casino-style games are credited to your account balance and are available for withdrawal once any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses or promotional credits have been satisfied. Any attempt to exploit errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in the platform's favour — whether in sports markets or casino games — is considered a breach of these terms and will be treated accordingly.
The jilipg rewards and loyalty programme is governed by the terms set out on the Rewards page, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. Loyalty points are awarded on qualifying wagers and accumulate automatically in your account; they have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another member's account or exchanged for cash directly. Promotional offers, deposit bonuses, and tier-based benefits are subject to individual promotion terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made available, including any wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, or game exclusions that apply. jilipg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer or loyalty benefit at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable. Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, or using promotional credits in a manner inconsistent with their stated terms — will result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and may lead to account suspension. All rewards and points balances are forfeited upon account closure, whether that closure is initiated by the member or by jilipg as a result of a terms violation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilipg's liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that member's account at the time the claim arises, and the platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind. jilipg is not responsible for losses arising from a member's failure to secure their own account credentials, from betting decisions made by the member, or from events outside the platform's reasonable control including network failures, device issues, or third-party payment delays. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines, and any dispute arising in connection with your use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
